The French Bee evolved with two Friends finding out that we both have a passion for events and we both have different strengths to bring to the table and they happened to complement each other. Our clients receive unparalleled attention from not only one passionate professional, but two.

The French Bee opened it’s doors when two women with very different strengths but the same drive and passion for events found they complimented each other perfectly.  

Meet Anne Griggs

Anne Griggs has been extensively educated in design specializing in texture and color. Her training started in London with a world renowned floral designer who designed for Queen Elizabeth, and also did wedding design for Princess Diana.  Anne Griggs has since studied with Shane Connolly who did the floral design for Kate Middleton. Anne has managed a successful wedding and Floral design business for nineteen years. Anne Griggs has taken lead design on over 200 weddings and events. She is very passionate about her work and does whatever it takes to stay current and relevant. She attends workshops and seminars with some of the worlds most recognized designers. She is so very excited to work with new clients through the The French Bee Design and Events.

Meet Christa Tarver

“The devil is in the details!”

Christa Tarver is an expert in event production and serves as the day-to-day wedding and events liaison between The French Bee and clients. She possesses five-star communication skills, and with her exceptional experience level and intuition she is often several steps ahead of clients’ needs during the planning process. Christa brings formal business training with a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee as well as twenty combined years of event production experience as a private, corporate, political and large non-profit event planner and catering coordinator. She planned events for dozens of clients in the Washington, DC area and was Special Event Chair on the Helena Symphony Orchestra Board in Helena, (Montana). She brings a love of teamwork and passion for precision to The French Bee’s portfolio of luxury events.
